- Customer Experience: Support customers taking their first steps in learning English; build relationships to understand their motivations, consult with foreign instructors to provide tailored lessons, and propose suitable study methods post the trial lesson. - Post-Enrollment Support: Address customer queries and challenges while implementing feedback in lessons; conduct regular counseling sessions for level checks. - Involvement in Marketing and Data Management: Understand company performance metrics, work on marketing strategies, and get involved in events and new school openings. - Contribute to educational material development and service enhancement based on customer feedback. Salary¥210,000/month and up.
